I approached Linda about ten months ago because I wasn’t sure how to move my business forward. Linda met me three times over a period of eight months to discuss ways of improving the business performance and for devising a strategy. Through her experience and her long practice in the retail market, she suggested different options for moving forward and she also advised me on how to use Facebook to get more visibility for the business.
She has a very practical approach and her advice proved excellent. As a result the business is performing better with a higher number of clients and improved financial results. I would strongly recommend her and I also wish to thank her for her assistance and advice.
Just want to say a huge thank you for your help with my shop over the last few years, from the layout and lighting to branding, website and customer perceptions. Your help with the custom EPOS system was invaluable and I would have been lost without your input.
Enchanted flowers has grown from strength to strength with your suggestions and the changes we have made. Looking forward to growing further together in the future.
Linda provided a report which we were able to use to drive an extensive range of positive changes to the operation of the business, all underpinned by a clear understanding of the challenges and dynamic of retail today. All key areas were comprehensively covered.
The year 2016 see Midlands Simon Community passing an important milestone in that we are over 10 years delivering services to people that are homeless in the four counties of Laois, Longford, Offaly and Westmeath. Critical to our success is a range of successful fundraising initiatives and core to this is the establishment of our three charity shops.
These shops could not have been developed without the contribution of Linda Ward. She brought a cutting edge and professional approach that made our shops excel at retail and stand out in the sector. Linda’s attention to detail and evidenced based approach meant our shops grew and expanded year on year.
We met with Linda on several occasions as we planned to extend our St. Vincent de Paul charity shop in Dundalk. Linda had a wealth of experience and knowledge on business, recruitment, merchandising and retail expertise.
Linda has extensive knowledge and contacts and proved very beneficial to our initiative.
Linda was always a phone call away and was very obliging in helping us expand our shop from a 1200 sq ft to a 3500sq ft shop. Linda remains a valuable asset to the Society. We highly recommend her.
My experience of working with Linda has been excellent. Knowing I can rely on Linda to be thorough and consistent in her approach to her work means her support to my role is invaluable. Her positive attitude and professionalism makes Linda a pleasure to work with and a vital member of the ICSA.
